• North bound I-235 take the Oklahoma Health Center/Lincoln Blvd exit.
  Turn right onto NE 10th St.
  Turn left onto N. Stonewall Ave.
  Go past the College of Nursing and the Student Union Bldg. on the right.
  Pass through the intersection “Stanton L. Young”
  Turn right in the parking garage and park on the first floor.
  The College of Pharmacy is located south of the parking garage.

• If you are accepted into the program, you will need to be in compliance regarding the university requirements for immunizations before enrollments can be processed. The form is available below. Please note that each section requires either proof of the actual immunization or proof of the titer (blood test) for immunity. Documentation of the illness does not satisfy the requirement as having the illness does not always indicate immunity. Please forward your completed form with all pertinent documentation (regardless of campus assignment) to Darla Puckett, OUHSC College of Pharmacy, P.O. Box 26901, OKC, OK 73901 no later than June 1.
• If you have a significant change in lab coat size before July 1, please notify Darla Puckett at darla-puckett@ouhsc.edu.

Interview Day Agenda

Each applicant will participate in a 30 minute panel interview.

Due to the nature of the interview day, we respectfully request that you bring no guests with you that day. There are links on the interview website with information on things to do in Oklahoma City that may be informative for your guests.

We will provide lab coats for sizing. If accepted, one will be ordered for you and then presented at the White Coat ceremony.

AM Schedule

• 7:00: Applicants pick up packets
• 7:30: Orientation
• 8:15: Essay
• 8:45: Break into groups for interview, tour, lab coats, pictures
• 9:00 – 12:00: Interviews

PM Schedule

• 11:00: Applicants pick up packets
• 11:30: Orientation
• 12:15: Essay
• 12:45: Break into groups for interview, tour, lab coats, pictures
• 1:00 – 4:00: Interviews
