Mosier Scholars
Two
students from each entering pharmacy class are selected in the spring
term of the second professional year to be Mosier Scholars in the College
of Pharmacy. The selection is based upon demonstrated scholarship and
leadership abilities. Applications are accepted early in the spring term
and finalists are interviewed by the selection committee. The Mosier Scholars
are announced at the Annual Pharmacy Day Banquet. Mosier Scholars receive
a $6000 scholarship in the third and fourth professional years and are
expected to represent the College of Pharmacy in a professional manner
as students and after graduation.
